Senior Technical Account Manager will focus on enterprise customers and partners, optimizing their experience with Aiven's Open Source services. Responsibilities include building relationships, developing technical strategies, providing operational advisory, and acting as a conduit between customers and Aiven's internal teams. Requires deep technical expertise in Apache Kafka and at least one of: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or OpenSearch, along with consulting experience and fluency in a programming language.
